Please review our recommended SOP to care for your shirts.

  • Wash in cold water
  • Use the right amount of color safe detergent
  • Use fabric softener to avoid wrinkles
  • Wash inside out (prints on the inside when washing)
  • Don’t overload the washer

Note: Due to the nature of our vinyl prints they can get and look wrinkled. To address this iron the print from inside out on the lowest setting.

WARRANTY

We take PRIDE and CARE in the quality of our products.

We take PRIDE and CARE in the quality of our products. And that is why we are confident of giving you a replacement warranty of Fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order. If you find any manufacturing issue OR you think that the product is NOT as specified in the product images and description. To avail of a replacement please send an email to info@dedcustom.com include the details of your issue with our product, shipping address, contact details and we will process the replacement within ten (10) working days.

However, please note that we do not provide replacements for fitting related issues. Please review our size chart before making your order. Please check your respective size and match it to the sizing of our products.

If you are interested in a refund, products must be returned in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We can process a refund only when we establish that the reason provided by the customer is valid.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

  • Custom shirt bearing your name, other custom details or designs
  • Regular wear and tear of the product during use
  • Damages due to misuse of product

Reimbursements/refunds will be processed after receipt of the product in resaleable condition.

Items should be returned to our office address stated in our contact page. We only process refunds if the item returned is deemed saleable.

If any items are missing report the same immediately to use by sending an email to info at dedcustom.com and we immediately send any missing items in your order.

All physical products sold by Dedcustom.com are covered by this guarantee.
